2. What data we collect

This site has no forms. If you write to me on WhatsApp or by email, I process the details you choose to share (for example, your name, phone number or email) in order to reply. Please don't share clinical information in that first message.

3. Purpose

To answer your enquiry and arrange your orientation call or appointment. I don't send marketing emails or newsletters.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by contacting me on your own initiative. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the email address above.

Analytics cookies are based on your consent, given through the cookie banner. Vercel's cookie-free analytics is based on the legitimate interest of understanding how the site is used in order to improve it.

5. Recipients and data processors

Your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The following providers are used to run the service and act as data processors:

  • Vercel: website hosting and cookie-free aggregate visit statistics (Vercel Analytics)
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics): site usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): if you choose to contact me on WhatsApp, your data will also be processed under WhatsApp's privacy policy

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Data retention

  • Enquiries and bookings: for as long as needed to handle them and, at most, 12 months from the last contact if no professional relationship begins.
  • If you start therapy or an assessment, your clinical data will be handled separately, under the informed consent you will sign and the retention periods set by healthcare regulations.

7. Your rights

You can access, rectify and erase your data, object to its processing, and request data portability or restriction of processing by writing to stortirocio@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
