Psychologist & neuropsychologist · High performance

You show up for everything, except yourself.

I'm Rocío Cerra, a clinical neuropsychologist. I help professionals and founders understand why they're exhausted, and find out whether there's undiagnosed burnout, anxiety, ADHD or autism behind it.

Sound familiar?

Tap each statement to see what might be going on.

You end the day exhausted even though you didn't do anything "hard".

Sustaining attention and adapting all day burns energy that nobody sees.

You can focus for hours on what you love, but admin work shuts you down.

It's not laziness. It can be a difference in how your attention works.

You do fine in meetings, but you need hours to recover afterwards.

Functioning "normally" at a high cost has a name: masking.

Holidays no longer feel like enough to recharge.

When rest stops working, it's worth looking deeper.

You feel like an impostor even when the results say otherwise.

Many high performers compensate quietly for years.

It isn't always just stress.Find out why →

The hidden cost

Masking (working hard to look like everything's fine) comes at a price paid in energy, in health and, often, in silence. For high-performing professionals, that price is easily mistaken for "normal stress".

A common question

Why work with a neuropsychologist?

What a neuropsychologist brings

  • Assesses and, where relevant, diagnoses (ADHD, autism and other conditions).
  • Understands how your brain works: attention, memory, executive function.
  • Treats anxiety and burnout with evidence-based tools.

FAQ

Before you book

Is everything online?

Therapy is 100% online, for professionals in Spain, Latin America and Europe. Assessments combine online and in-person sessions in Barcelona: the ADOS-2 observation and part of the testing are done in person.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Both therapy and the orientation call can be in English.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the service. You can see the full breakdown on the services page.

Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?

No. Many people start therapy without a prior assessment. If signs of ADHD or autism come up along the way, we can talk about a separate assessment.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Everything discussed in session is protected by professional confidentiality.

Understanding how you function changes how you work, rest and connect with others.
